We know you’re serious about the safety of everyone in your business – and it’s likely that you have specific health and safety procedures.
We appreciate that making sure that casual staff are familiar with all those procedures can be time-consuming and take up your valuable resources.
At Coverstaff, we’re as serious about safety as you are.
That’s why we make sure that all of the candidates we provide know your health and safety requirements inside and out – before they even set foot in your workplace.
We do the training – so you don’t need to. We store your health and safety information on our site as videos or pdfs that candidates download. After they’ve viewed or read the information, we’ll ask the candidates a range of questions to make sure they understand all the information.
A candidate will only be put forward once we’re sure they know all of your health and safety requirements. It’s all about giving you peace of mind and keeping our staff and your workplace safe.
We’re also authorised and trained for drug sampling and collection and can conduct random tests as required. Again, it’s all about reducing the risk of accidents.
If a candidate has any safety issues while they’re on-site, they’ll contact us and we’ll handle it for you.
We know health and safety. In fact, you could say it’s a passion with us. Our director, Roana Carran, is an active member of The New Zealand Safety Council. Coverstaff itself has held tertiary level accreditation of the ACC Workplace Safety Management Programme every year since 2005 and has won several national awards for Health & Safety.
