Coverstaff Commercial operates to service the vast civil, hospitality, industrial, manufacturing, printing and service industries of Auckland, offering commercial positions from Senior Management through to junior office positions and leverages off the successful formula used in our Industrial business to place candidates with the correct aptitude, experience and desire.

These positions can be permanent or short or long term temporary. Temping by its very nature allows choice and flexibility for clients and candidates before long term employment commitments are made. Thanks to the networks Coverstaff have developed, positions are filled before they are advertised externally. Remember not all great jobs are advertised.

Recruitment Procedures

All candidates are thoroughly reviewed by our experienced team using proven procedures to ensure that any candidates forwarded for consideration to an interview meets the agreed criteria. In addition to detailed reference checking, all candidates will undergo a systematic screening programme so that clients have all necessary information at hand inclusive of;

  • ACC Audit of previous Work Place Injuries
  • Basic literacy and Comprehension testing
  • Health & Safety Induction
  • Reference Checks
  • Driver Checks (Through live interface with LTSA)
