Accounts Administrator

Coverstaff are looking for an accounts administrator on the NORTH SHORE for an on-going casual role that could lead to a permanent position. Pay rate will range from $28.00 – $32.00 per hour.

 

Previous administrative and payroll experience is essential and you must be competent with data based reports and spreadsheets.

 

Some of the key responsibilities are below, although it is a diverse role. On application you can be supplied with a full job description.

  • Processing all PO requests from internal departments and for site consumables & services.
  • Manage orders in a timely manner with suppliers and communicate with internal departments.
  • Provide administrative (data entry) support to Engineering department in direct regard to their purchasing requirements & bi-annual stock takes.
  • Review the P&L regularly and look for abnormal balances
  • Assist auditors at financial interim and year-end audits for payroll and accounts payable
